I’m really not sure how long I have been sitting here, staring at my own blog post. And I know even less about how long I stared at the pictures before saving and uploading them. And months ago when I found these originally? Even if I knew how long I watched them, mesmerized and drooling, I would never admit it.

I mean, really…. how good does that look? Fresh mozzarella, delicious avocado and tomato slices, a creamy sauce that appears to be maybe mayonnaise and spices, and crispy bacon all layered onto freshly buttered bread before being pressed lightly and grilled to perfection in a panini press, and then sliced into perfect sandwich slices.

*drools*

Yeah, I would eat the heck out of that. And I’d have another on the grill while I did because there’s no way I would stop at one. Mmmm.

If you’ve been with me for a while, you know that one of my biggest site boosts (on QJ) came back when the Snuggie was introduced to our precious world….and it didn’t have a website. You know that I got a ton of traffic and lots of customer support questions after I wrote a quick post talking about how cult-like and stupid it was…..and it’s where Google pointed everyone. You know how ridiculous that is.

And if you haven’t been with me for a while, well, now you know. :P

The Snuggie, no matter how silly or randomly iconic it is for our generation, will always have a very strange soft spot in my heart.

Which means a food-related picture of the Nuggie makes me giggle a little more than the average person would.

Er, well, I probably giggle more anyway, right? So it makes me giggle even MORE than expected, because awww, snuggies….

Then it’s guaranteed to be the only box with a glass bottle of oil in it.

And the rest? Oh yeah, those groceries are going to go FLYING. Have you ever seen projectile ice cream cones? How about peanut butter jars who actually coordinate to roll in different directions?

Yeah, me neither.

I don’t take pictures of oil soaked paper towels because they “look cool” either. And most definitely not when there are a dozen boxes that still need to be brought in because some genius thinks it’s a good idea to shop a month at a time.

Nope, that’d just be silly.
