Creative food blog names
It’s not uncommon for me to read into a blog further or even subscribe on a whim, based solely on their name. If it’s eye-catching or makes me giggle or holds my interest in any way, chances are, the rest of the blog is going to have some similar qualities. Never underestimate the power of a blog name.
Here are some of my favorite creatively named food blogs:
Blogging Over Thyme
(never home)maker (love the parentheses and play on words)
It’s Not You, It’s Brie (hehe)
Hangry Pants
Food for Thought (which is actually at the domain “wherefloursbloom” which is also kinda witty)
Peanut Butter & Jargon
Food for a Hungry Soul
How Sweet It Is (can you read it without singing it in your head?)
Insanewiches (and boy are they insane)
Weelicious (delicious recipes for the wee ones)
Lick The Bowl Good
Lovin’ from the Oven (rhyming is fun)
A Dash of Sass
Two Peas and Their Pod
Picky Palate
Taste and Tell
The Parsley Thief (and yes, the whole blog really is about parsley)
Meat-copia – Cornucopia made out of sausages, pepperoni, bacon
The site refers to it as a bacon-copia, so you could go with that instead.
Really, it’s a bacon horn stuffed with 20 hot Italian sausages, 4 pork chops, 1 black pudding sausage, 1 white pudding sausage, 1 pound of scrapple (I didn’t even know what that was before now), pepperoni, and salami.
Awesomeness.
Real life “Sims” food made of paper

For you bacon-obsessed foodies, the bacon can be found in the lower right hand picture right above these words. :P
Now for everybody else, all these pictures are from a project of “paper-sims curious breakfast.” I love the idea and love the variety of foods they mimicked, but I’m a little disappointed to see the real girl with “real silverware” when another picture showed what appeared to be a fake knife, but I could be imagining that.
And is that a cupcake with coffee? Yum. :P
