Nablopomo – TV Show

Really? More favorites tv-related stuff? Meh. I’m not a big tv viewer, but a recent article did catch my attention. It’s not something that I would normally post, but come on….is this quirky or not? ha

Check out the article here for the full, somewhat graphic, not safe for work or kids, description of why Paula took top spot.

“Just imagining the slippery, sloppy butter….. hungry for a bacon-wrapped, beer batter-fried stick of butter ….”

Okay Maxim, time to turn off the Food Network and walk away…

Nablopomo – Favorite animated character

Yay, time for some cartoon fun. I don’t have a favorite, but here are some other people’s creations related to some cartoons I would’ve watched in mostly the 80s. (The picture above is mostly 90s toons that my sister would’ve watched instead, but I thought it was a cool collection of cupcakes).

Bugs Bunny Sandwich – Did you know they brought Bugs back?? In 2011, they have a new show called The Looney Tunes Show where Bugs and Daffy are living together in LA and all their neighbors are other toons from the original shows from long ago. I haven’t brought myself to actually watch it yet.

Nablopomo – Favorite word

I had this post mostly written, tried to save it, and it went *poof!* all gone. And so, now you get the even quicker version…

I think most of these pictures came from Sugar Cubes, but it’s one of those ideas that people like to copy pictures, post them without credit, and eventually, the source is so diluted that you’re not quite sure where it all started…or how many people are doing it themselves now.

With Christmas right around the corner, I think these are a great idea for those “want for nothing, hard to buy for” people on your list. Know any coffee or tea addicts? This is a fun idea that hits that need for “something creative so you don’t have to buy yet another generic bath set.”

I also saw these featured at weddings and baby showers, so keep an eye out for other occasions where this idea could work.
