Fun Olympic foods – Work what ya holiday gave ya
The great thing about the Olympic rings is that there are tons of round foods to work with. Doughnuts, cupcakes, any food arranged in ring-shapes (think cucumbers or olives…not everything has to be color-specific even), plates, candies (lifesavers!)….don’t limit yourself!
And while the Olympic rings are iconic, of course, so is the torch, so don’t forget some ice cream cone fun, too:

And a cookie medal!

Hot diggity dog…dogs
*insert collective “awwwww!” here*
Yep, another adorable creation that isn’t mine nor do I have an original source for it. I love when other people play with their food. <3
I can’t quite tell what the face is made out of? Is that raisins maybe? I can’t think of something that would go well with hotdogs but is black/dark colored, so my mind is failing just a little bit.
Ruby red flippers – There’s no place like trout
Okay, so it’s not trout, but do you have any idea how hard it is to identify fish based on just the middle whole portion? Not easy!
I wish I had a source for this, but even when I tried to search for it to figure out the fish type, no luck. Send me a link if you know the owner!
Otherwise, enjoy the red heel peppers and fishy legs bento. Cute idea!
