Football, baseball, basketball – What shape is a strawberry?

Wiltons chocolate covered strawberries painted to look like a basketball, baseball, and football with icing

Obviously all three, right? And these chocolate covered strawberries could easily be tennis ball shaped, too, or just about any other ball that has distinct markings that could be drawn on. Nobody cares what the actual shape is.

According to Lori from RecipeGirl, these are an absolute hit, too. From an online store, these will cost you a whopping 25 bucks for only 6 of them, but it’s guaranteed you can make them yourself for a lot cheaper with the same results.

Peanut butter and raisins – Let the art begin

strawberries frozen fruit, peanut butter and raisins on rice cakes

For me personally, I’m not a huge fan of peanut butter and raisins. Part of that might be because I can’t stand celery, and therefore “ants on a log” are out of the question.

The above rice cakes? Uh, yeah, please keep the cardboard to yourself. I’ll pass.

But raisins are awesome, nonetheless, because you get to draw with them…..create faces and shapes and abstract art and even just piles of fruitiness that are somehow better because you make them yourself. Raisins are incredible like that….even if they are just dried up, wrinkly fruit blobs.

Fruit pizza pie with sugar cookie crust

That would be a fruit pizza.

The bottom is an extra large sugar cookie. The “sauce” is basic cream cheese, sugar, and milk icing. And the toppings include blueberries, strawberries, kiwis, pineapples, and oranges. It’s kind of hard to see, but the centerpiece is an upside down strawberry sliced to hold a pile of more blueberries.

Can you say delicious? Yum!
