There’s always one bad egg?
How is it that even though I check my eggs before buying them, I end up with funky eggs like this on a regular basis? Not only did it split the opposite directio than expected, but it also chipped away into an almost flower shape at the top…..and refused to crack any further without beating it against the counter, which meant I had no interest in even using it any more. :(
Don’t eat yellow snow – There’s pea in my drink!
No, that’s not a typo. There really was a pea in my drink….in my yellow glass with frozen water (hey, that’s sorta like snow :P)
This is what happens when you store an opened package of frozen peas above your freezer’s built-in ice maker. It wasn’t nearly as shocking as the time I ended up with crayons in my drink, though, but alas, I don’t think I have pictures of that anywhere. :(
Mmmm, onions and sprinkles
This is what happens when you unknowingly let a stray sprinkle or two into the onions you’re chopping for potato salad. Oops!
