Beautifully large Kindai tuna butchered – Vegetarians need not click
If you’re squeamish about raw meat, I wouldn’t recommend watching the video. It’s beautifully carved, but it is still meat.
Otherwise, click and watch in awe. It’s a Kindai tuna, which is rare in the United States and worth a pretty penny. The chefs obviously know what they’re doing and do it well. I particularly like toward the end where it shows diagrams of the fish, along with their respective steaks and cuts.
