How to get large, New York slices, from a small oven
Well now here’s a quirky solution to a problem I didn’t even know existed! It makes total sense now that I see it….it *would* be hard to get large slices out of a small pizza from a tiny oven.
Lo and behold, cut it another way and you still get traditional triangle slices, but not baby 5-6” ones!

That’s neat–have you tried making big pizzas in a small oven? Like, oblong sort of shaped? Just wondering, ‘cuz right now I only have a small oven, but I’d really like to try making pizza!
