How to flip food in a pan without a spatula

Flipping food in a pan is something all chefs do. It may look flashy but it has a purpose: to turn all food at once so it can cook evenly, a feat not accomplished with a spatula. ~About.com

For some people, this comes rather easily. Others require some practice or just never get it at all, after lots of food hits the floor and they finally give up.
For the rest of us, there’s this pan:

Okay, so that’s not exactly teaching you how to flip food without a spatula, but the boomerang wok would be a nice tool, no? It’d be awesome for flipping, but would be nice for simple shaking and stirring foods, too, without them flying out of the pan.
